At HMW, we believe that knowledge is power. The services provided at HMW are aimed at not only addressing mental illness but also assisting the individual and their families to understand lifestyle factors and other struggles many people face at various points in their lives that trigger or exacerbate their mental health symptoms. Hence, through medication and brief supportive therapy, individuals can adopt better health management practices that will improve their overall functioning and quality of life.
